Test Chamber

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with TPS LLC to provide a 40 cu.ft. Tenney Environmental Test Chamber and TPS Model WIT 112 Chamber. The FBI has prepared a Sole Source justification for this acquisition, citing that TPS LLC is the sole manufacturer of these devices and has a long history of providing them to the Ballistic Research Facility.
