Description
The Navy’s NAVFAC Far East is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a straight‑vehicle lease of approximately 60 new, latest‑model passenger cars, SUVs, passenger vans, and panel vans to support the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) across six Japanese installations. The lease term is five years with optional extensions, and all vehicles must be delivered, registered in Japan, and ready for use by 1 July 2027. The contractor must handle all taxes, insurance, statutory inspections, and provide winter‑tire services where required. Offerors may propose hybrid or gasoline models that meet the minimum engine‑displacement specifications.
