The Town of Munster is seeking a single‑prime contractor to replace existing concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps throughout designated CDBG and town‑funded streets. The work includes demolition, removal of existing concrete, preparation of a 6‑inch aggregate base, and installation of new concrete sidewalks (primarily 5‑inch thick, with a few 7‑inch sections at driveways and specific ADA ramps), plus associated seeding/sodding and ancillary work. Bids must be submitted sealed by July 17, 2026, with a 10 % bid security; performance and payment bonds of 100 % of the contract price are required.
