The City of Fayetteville seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive lot cleaning, asbestos abatement, and demolition at 511 S Eastern Blvd. The work includes demolition of existing structures, removal of debris and vegetative over‑growth, grading, back‑filling, seeding/mulching, and full compliance with hazardous‑material regulations. The contractor must hold appropriate NC general‑contractor and asbestos‑abatement licenses, provide required insurance and bonds, and complete all tasks within a 90‑day performance window after receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
• Demolition of buildings, fences, signs, and related structures (excluding asphalt/concrete surfaces unless directed).
• Licensed asbestos identification, abatement, permitting, and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Site clearing, grading, back‑filling, and seeding/mulching of disturbed areas; restoration of impervious surfaces if damaged.
• Mandatory documentation: insurance certificates, references, safety plans, equipment list, and a 5 % bid bond.
