The NOAA National Weather Service is seeking a small‑business vendor to repair, recondition, and deliver 500 ASOS wire kits (250 top‑plate assemblies and 250 bottom‑plate assemblies) for the ASOS Prototype Power Supply modernization effort. The work must restore the kits to “like new” condition, meet original manufacturer specifications, and include packaging suitable for transport by ship, rail, truck, or aircraft. All costs—including repair, return shipping, and any required packaging—must be provided as a firm‑fixed‑price quote. The award will be a purchase order; no partial quotes or awards will be accepted.
