The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide unmarked engineering data for a CHAMBER, COMBUSTION. The data set contains drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice, and contractors should treat these drawings as being marked with a specific statement. The project involves export controlled technical data, and contractors must comply with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. • The contractor will be required to handle export controlled technical data. • The contractor must comply with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. • The contractor will be required to obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). • The contractor will be required to include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. Contractors.
