Summer Enrichment and Intersession Services

The District seeks a qualified vendor to design, staff, and operate expanded‑learning enrichment programs for K‑12 students during the summer afternoon session (1 pm‑5 pm) and designated intersession days (8 am‑5 pm). The contractor must provide all curriculum, materials, qualified staff, site leads, and safety compliance while using LVUSD‑provided facilities and utilities. Compensation is attendance‑based: a capped $25 per‑student‑per‑day rate for summer and a minimum 25 % revenue share of tuition collected for intersession days, with the potential for up to four one‑year renewals. • Plan, supervise, and manage daily program operations on up to two LVUSD campuses (summer) and additional limited sites (intersession). • Deliver hands‑on, play‑based, arts, STEM, social‑emotional, and academic‑support activities meeting district whole‑child goals and required student‑to‑staff ratios (≈20:1 K‑6, 10:1 TK). • Provide a qualified Site Lead at each location, maintain LiveScan, background‑check, TB‑screening compliance, and submit attendance and incident reports. • Operate under a revenue model where the District supplies facilities, utilities, marketing, and management; the vendor invoices monthly based on actual student attendance and retains tuition after the 25 % district share. • Contract runs for Summer 2026 and intersession 2026‑2027, with optional renewals up to four additional years and annual rate increases capped at 3 % or CPI.
