Modesto 2026 Restroom Replacement

The City of Modesto is seeking a consultant to design and replace the existing restroom building at Whitmore Neighborhood Park with a pre-manufactured building. The project includes demolition of the existing building, site preparation, concrete paving, landscape and irrigation adjustments, and utility and electrical service design. The consultant will be required to provide construction documentation, including plans, specifications, and a detailed cost estimate. The project is expected to be completed within a few months.
