PWC - Circuits 115-112, 115-134, 115-147, 115-159; Transmission and Distribution Line Clearance

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to perform transmission and distribution line clearance services. The work includes pruning, cutting, treating, removing, clearing, and disposing of trees and brush, as well as applying herbicides along approximately 30.6 pole miles of the District's transmission and distribution system. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project requires the contractor to have experience with similar contracts and to provide evidence of their ability to perform the work within the scheduled time limits. • The contractor must have qualified line clearance personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must maintain proof of qualification for each worker employed throughout the term of the contract. • The contractor must provide a full-time qualified supervisor at the job site at all times when work is being performed. • The contractor must ensure that all gates are properly closed or locked to prevent escape of livestock or unauthorized access to property. • The contractor must use approved equipment and materials, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
