The source selection will be based on the lowest priced method and best lead-time. The buyer is looking for a fixed-price basis, and the resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed-price basis. The payment terms will be NET-30, and domestic suppliers will have freight terms of FOB Destination Prepaid and Add.
