The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for a Task Order Contract for the 2026 Pavement Preservation Package 1 Advance Slurry. The contract involves pavement preservation work, including asphaltic concrete and traffic control services. The estimated construction cost for this contract is $1,500,000.00. The project requires the contractor to substantially complete the work within 365 calendar days. The contractor must also meet the prevailing wage rate requirements and adhere to the Local Preference Program Ordinance and the Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program. • The contract is a unit price contract, and the unit prices established will remain in effect throughout the duration of the contract. • The quantities shown are estimated quantities for budgetary purposes only. • The award of this contract does not guarantee the contractor the entire work shown in this IFB. • The City of San Antonio may order all, some, or none of the work shown in this IFB. • The contractor must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions and the Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form.
