The contractor must provide one extra fastener per heat/lot for traceability, maintain ISO‑9001 (or equivalent) quality systems, and submit extensive certifications (chemical, mechanical, NDT, FAT) through WAWF prior to shipment. The award will be a bilateral contract requiring written acceptance before execution.
