The City of Tacoma’s Tacoma Power Transmission & Distribution division is seeking a supplier to provide 600‑V submersible electrical connectors that meet ANSI, WUC, and MIL standards. The contract is a three‑year fixed‑price agreement (with two optional one‑year extensions) valued at approximately $300,000, with quarterly price adjustments tied to the Producer Price Index. The vendor must deliver connectors FOB the city’s warehouses, provide a one‑year (up to 18‑month) warranty, and comply with all federal, state, and city procurement requirements.
• Supply 600 V submersible secondary connectors (Class A, 6061‑T6 aluminum body, hard‑anodized set screws, silicone grease with CO‑OX inhibitor).
