The United States Coast Guard is requesting quotations for a strainer, sediment, which is a commercial item. The item must meet specific requirements, including being made of bronze B148 alloy 954, having a monel K400 screen, and being individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E. The packaging must also meet specific requirements, including being marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The Coast Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government.
