Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to install culvert pipe liners in Districts 5 and 6. The scope of work includes the installation of various sizes of pipe liners, as well as traffic control services. The vendor will be required to provide pricing for each item, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The project includes the installation of pipe liners ranging in size from 10" to 72" in diameter.
• The vendor will also be required to provide traffic control services, including pilot trucks, traffic control devices, flaggers, and arrow boards.
• The contract will be for an open-end period, with the vendor providing services as needed.
• The vendor must be registered with the West Virginia State Purchasing Division and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
