Description
The City of Malden is inviting sealed bids for the 2026 Road & Sidewalk Patch Repairs 1 (On Call) project. The contract documents will be available by email request after 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 4, 2026. Bidders must submit their bids to the Office of the Engineering Department by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
• The project involves on-call road and sidewalk patch repairs.
• Bidders must email the Engineering's Office their company name, address, email address, and phone number to request the contract documents.
• The city will publicly open the bids at the specified time and date.
• The city may waive minor informalities in any or all bids.
