Description
The Mecosta-Osceola ISD is seeking bids for a bathroom renovation project. The project involves various trades, including selective demolition, masonry, general trades, lath, plaster, drywall, and acoustical work, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The contractor will be responsible for completing all work as shown on the drawings and spec sections, including applicable fees, permits, inspections, and testing. The project requires compliance with all technical specifications, Front-End Documents, and Drawings.
