Description
The City of College Station is seeking bids for the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Barron Road and Decatur Drive. The project includes the installation of a traffic signal, poles, and other necessary equipment. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security with their bid package. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT, which is not mandatory but highly recommended.
• The bid package must include one unbound original bid, one electronic copy of the bid on a USB drive, and a 5% bid security.
• Bids can be submitted electronically or in hardcopy (original) form.
• The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is April 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT.
• The City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due.
