Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking a qualified contractor to perform parking lot improvements at the Gwinnett County Police Precinct North. The project includes asphalt surface improvements, concrete curb repair, and striping. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed by November 1, 2026.

• Asphalt surface improvements, including full-depth removal, milling, and overlaying
• Concrete curb repair
• Striping and other markings
