The Defense Logistics Agency at Aberdeen Proofing Grounds is conducting a market survey to identify sources of supply for Airborne Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio Systems (SINCGARS) hardware, specifically the NSN 5895-01-349-8108 Panel, Control, Electrical-Electronic Equipment. The Government is seeking information from manufacturers or suppliers who can provide this equipment, which is critical for maintaining full operational capability in a nuclear environment. The ideal supplier should be able to provide exact parts delivered to original Form, Fit, and Function specifications, with new, unused, and original packaging, and meet applicable military and industry standards. Interested sources should submit information demonstrating their capability to manufacture or supply this item, including technical documentation, lead time, production capacity, past performance examples, and pricing models.
• The NSN being procured is a critical application, high reliability, electroluminescent panel and keyboard assemblies designed solely for use with the Airborne SINCGARS Radio Control Set C-11466A/ARC-201A(V).
• The Government does not possess a complete Level III Technical Data Package (TDP) for the manufacture of this part and only possesses a Source Control Drawing (SCD) for this part.
• The SCD A3106254, Revision H, dated 01 October 2010, can be released upon request, but it is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• The Government's preference is for exact parts delivered to original Form, Fit, and Function specifications.
• Vendors must identify whether they can supply OEM parts or exact FFF equivalents and provide supporting technical documentation.
