Renovation and Addition to Carlisle Fire Station

The Town of Carlisle is soliciting bids for the renovation and addition to the Carlisle Fire Station, located at 80 Westford Street, Carlisle, MA. The project involves the construction of new apparatus bays, administrative offices, and dormitory facilities, as well as renovations to the existing Fire Station structure. The estimated value of construction is $14,000,000. Bids for this project will be accepted from prequalified General Contractors and prequalified filed sub-bid subcontractors only. • The project requires DCAMM certification and prequalified bidders must provide a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed Update Statement with their electronic bid. • Bids are subject to compliance with minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. • Electronic copies of the contract documents will be made available at no charge, beginning on March 18, 2026, and may be obtained at Bid Docs On Line, (www.biddocs.com). • Filed sub-bids are due not later than April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and general bids are due not later than April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
