Bristol Town Plan Update

The Town of Bristol is seeking a comprehensive update to the existing Town Plan. The desired outcome of this project is to create a draft plan for consideration by the Planning Commission, Selectboard, and ultimately Bristol residents. The selected consultant will work primarily with the Planning & Zoning Administrator, Town Administrator, and Grant Administrator to revise and update the Town Plan. Key tasks include updating statistical information, plan maps, and public outreach strategy, as well as providing support to the Planning Commission. The project is expected to start in April 2026 and be completed by December 2027. • Update statistical information throughout the plan • Update plan maps • Develop public outreach strategy • Provide support to the Planning Commission • Develop implementation strategy for priority items identified in planning process • Create draft plan for public hearing
