The opportunity is for the repair of a RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER with NIIN 016179834 and PN 1008939G-11. The contractor will be required to perform the repair in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. The repair will include inspection, disassembly, and tests to determine the extent of labor and material needed to restore the Government Furnished Property (GFP) to an operable condition. The contractor will also be required to mark the repaired units with the purchase order number and date of repair. • The contract will be for a firm fixed price. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed pricing proposal for the repair of the unit(s) cited in the order. • The contractor will be required to determine if the GFP cannot be repaired and request disposition instructions from the Post-Award PCO. • The contractor will be required to perform the repair in accordance with the specifications provided, unless otherwise specified. • The contractor will be required to use equivalent parts if the specified parts are not available.
