Skagit DD12 Materials

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver materials for the Skagit Dike District 12 Emergency Levee Repair project. The project requires the delivery of Class V Riprap, 4" x 8" Quarry Spalls, Topsoil, and 2" x 4" Quarry Spalls. The contractor must be able to provide a minimum of 600 tons of material per day to the site. The project is expected to commence on or about 03 August 2026 and end on or about 09 October 2026. • The contractor will be required to deliver materials Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. • The contractor must maintain gradation as specified and may be required to perform materials testing. • The contractor must comply with all safety requirements and regulations, including those outlined in EM 385-1-1. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and operating personnel to perform the work.
