Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the provision of Steel Beam for Guilford County Bridge Maintenance. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the Steel Beam to the Alamance County Bridge Maintenance Office within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. The Steel Beam must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including compliance with ASTM A-572/A-992 and AASHTO M270, Grade 50. The bidder must also provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bid must include the total cost to the State for delivery fully assembled and ready for use, including all applicable charges for shipping, delivery, handling, administrative and other similar fees.
• The bidder must provide a completed and signed version of the EXECUTION PAGES, along with the body of the IFB.
• The bidder must also provide a completed version of ATTACHMENT A: PRICING FORM and ATTACHMENT F: LOCATION OF WORKERS UTILIZED BY VENDOR.
• The bidder must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation, including those related to subcontracting, sustainability efforts, and product recall.
