Shelby County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive employee healthcare administration services for its workforce. The scope includes managing enrollment, claims processing, vendor coordination, compliance reporting, and related HR functions. Bidders must incorporate a mandatory 20 % Locally‑Owned Small Business (LOSB) participation goal, submitting Form A (utilization plan) and, if necessary, Form B (effort documentation).
