Request For Proposal For CM For Wynnton Arts Academy Exterior Envelope Remediation

The Muscogee County School District is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the Wynnton Arts Academy Exterior Envelope Remediation project. The project involves repairing and sealing the exterior envelope of the academy, including all typical construction trades, ADA compliance work, and local ordinance compliance work. The CM will be responsible for cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing of the work, as well as assisting the School District and its Architect in finalizing the phasing and scheduling of the work. The project is expected to be completed before classes resume in August of 2026. • The project includes all typical construction trades, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, carpentry, masonry, caulking, and painting. • The CM will be responsible for cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing of the work. • The project requires coordination and cooperation with another project contractor who is working on the interior of the auditorium. • The School District is seeking a CM with experience in similar projects, a strong management plan, and a competitive fee.
