The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport will award a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order for the manufacture and delivery of Antenna Grounding Ring Assemblies and associated tooling. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, awarded on a lowest‑priced technically acceptable basis. Offerors must be SAM‑registered small businesses, hold a current CMMC Level 2 (self‑assessment) certification, and possess a valid Joint Certification Program registration to receive the technical drawings. All units must be new, sourced from within the United States, and shipped FOB Destination to Newport, RI by the required delivery date of 31 January 2027.
