The contract is a firm‑price, non‑exclusive award to the lowest‑priced, conforming bid, with a delivery‑and‑installation deadline of 45 business days after award. The vendor must be a registered NH supplier, carry required insurance, and provide warranties covering parts, labor, and shipping.
