Small Arms Weapons Training

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss is seeking a contractor to provide Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System (SAWSTS) services. The contractor will provide analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, resource management, administrative and Site Lead support. The contractor will also provide Training as a Service (TaaS) with a Synthetic Small Arms Simulation Gymnasium. The simulation system will include Grid pattern sports vision, Cognitive, and human performance drills that can shoot with Synthetic or live fire converted weapons. The contractor will ensure system availability and provide operations, sustainment, maintenance, and facilitate instructor training, content management, and reports. • The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor will provide services at the McGregor Range New Mexico location. • The contractor will provide a Synthetic Small Arms Simulation Gymnasium. • The simulation system will include threat/non-threat recognition, eye tracking and human performance simulation/stimulation. • The contractor will provide operations, sustainment, maintenance, and facilitate instructor training, content management, and reports.
