Description
The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, is seeking a single towable diesel‑powered air compressor (250 CFM target, minimum 185 CFM) that runs on JP‑8/F24 fuel. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, FOB destination to Virginia Beach, VA, with delivery required by 30 September 2026. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Required deliverables include the compressor, technical manuals, a five‑year warranty, and optional new‑equipment training. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and GSA ASSIST and must submit a completed Bill of Materials/Price Quote Sheet, compliance checklist, and manufacturer specification sheet.
