Description
This solicitation calls for a qualified contractor to demolish interior office finishes on the third floor of the DPCC building in Miami, handling asbestos and mold remediation, removal of ceiling grids, HVAC ductwork, drywall, flooring, bathroom and lounge fixtures, and disposing of all debris through two west‑side windows. The contractor must provide its own dumpster, manage waste diversion (≥ 50 % recycling), obtain all required permits, and adhere to strict access and safety constraints.
