Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The scope of work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.
• The city will provide a notice to proceed for all work or any portion of work included under the scope of services.
• Vendors must complete all work within 120 calendar days of the notice to proceed.
• The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards.
