Description
The Town of Wilbraham is seeking bids for the provision of various highway materials, including concrete structure components, HDPE corrugated pipe, stone and gravel, drainage and sewer castings, and water valve risers, caps, and tops. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must submit their bids on the standard bid form provided, and must include all required documents and certifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive minor informalities and irregularities.
Some of the key items to be bid on include:
• Concrete structure components, such as 48” diameter slab tops and 18” cones
• HDPE corrugated pipe, including 12” and 15” double wall pipe and 12” and 8” perforated single wall pipe
• Stone and gravel, including ¾” crushed stone, ¾” dense grade, and 1 ½” dense grade
• Drainage and sewer castings, including 24” square 4” four flange solid cast iron frames and 26” diameter sewer solid cast iron covers
• Water valve risers, caps, and tops, including valve box upper and base and 1” and 2” risers
