Description
The US Air Force is seeking a quotation for the supply of Indicator, Temperatu, with NSN 6685-00-684-1658. The required quantity is 18 units. The supplier must provide new, unused, or reconditioned parts that meet the technical requirements specified in the solicitation. The parts must be inspected for correct part number, corrosion, and obvious damage prior to acceptance. The government reserves the right to return any unusable or unserviceable assets to the contractor at the contractor's expense.
• The parts must be manufactured by an approved source.
• The parts must be in their original packaging with the original contract number on the container.
• The packaging labels must be clearly legible and indicate the NSN, part number, manufacturer's name, and CAGE code.
• The supplier must provide photographs of all proposed material, demonstrating compliance with the requirements.
• The supplier must complete and submit the Surplus Declaration with their quote.
• The government will perform inspection and acceptance of the surplus material at the destination.
