Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids for the roof replacement at 65 Summer Street. The project consists of re-roofing of the existing low-sloped roofing systems utilizing a tear-off application, and a new adhered EPDM, roof membrane system (90-mil minimum thickness). The contractor shall provide a written guarantee that covers all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from date of acceptance, and a roofing system manufacturers thirty (30) year system warranty.
• The general scope of the construction work includes re-roofing of the existing low-sloped roofing systems utilizing a tear-off application.
• A new adhered EPDM, roof membrane system (90-mil minimum thickness) is specified and detailed complete with a manufacturers 30-year full system warranty.
• The contractor shall be DCAMM certified in Roofing (Prime) and shall be the General Contractor.
