Description
Morrow County is seeking a single, turnkey, new DJI T100 agricultural drone generator bundle (or an approved equal) that includes the airframe, remote controller, spraying system, batteries, charger, adapter, inverter generator and protective cover. The vendor must deliver a fully compatible package with all necessary accessories, documentation, warranties and support. Quotes must be submitted electronically or by mail by 2 p.m. PT on 17 Sept 2026, and must remain valid for at least 60 days. Evaluation will be based on lowest responsive price from a responsible vendor after considering Oregon procurement statutes.
• Required items: DJI T100 airframe, RC Plus 2 controller, spraying system, 3 DB2160 flight batteries, 2 WB37 controller batteries, LKTOP 65 W charger, LKTOP 100 W adapter, D14000iE inverter generator, weather‑resistant generator cover.
• Vendor may propose approved‑equal equipment but must provide manufacturer/model data and demonstrate equivalence.
• Submission must include a completed quote form (Exhibit A) with unit prices, freight terms, delivery date, warranty info, nearest service facility, Oregon‑resident status, and an authorized signature.
• No budget limit disclosed; the contract is a single‑purchase, turn‑key acquisition with delivery to 215 NE Main Ave., Irrigon, OR 97844.
