Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide meeting space for the 195th Wing Senior Leadership Symposium. The contractor will be responsible for providing functional and breakout rooms, as well as equipment and materials necessary for the event. The symposium will take place over several days, with the final night being January 24, 2026. The events will end approximately at 10pm on January 24 and 3pm on January 25, 2026. The contractor should be able to accommodate 250 people in two configurations, with three breakout rooms and audio-visual equipment and support.
* The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the event.
* The contractor will provide functional and breakout rooms as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
* The contractor will be responsible for setting up the banquet/ballroom with 25 round tables with 10 chairs each on January 24, 2026.
* The contractor will provide audio-visual equipment and support for the event.
* The contractor will be considered if they can provide a dedicated reservation link for attendees to book their lodging using their Government Travel Card.
