Description
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the procurement of various grass seed species (Bahia, Bermuda, Millet, Annual Rye, etc.) to be used for road and bridge maintenance across the state. The contract will be for a two‑year term with an optional renewal of up to three years. Bidders must be registered in MyFloridaMarketplace, provide proof of licensing per Chapter 578, and include independent laboratory seed analysis with each shipment. Minimum bulk order quantity is 500 lb; standard packaging is 50‑lb bags. Delivery is FOB statewide with prices inclusive of delivery charges. The anticipated annual spend is approximately $120,000.
