RFB-PW-2026-017 - Televising and Cleaning of Exiting Sewer and Drain Appurtenance

The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids for televising and cleaning of sanitary and/or sewers of various diameter at various depths, and manhole and catch basin structures. The contractor must comply with the City of New Rochelle Public Works Specifications and adhere to all current regulations of NYS DEC, EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory authorities. The work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the work. The contractor must also provide traffic control and maintenance during on and off work hours. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must comply with all New York State Labor Laws, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must have proper equipment and related materials necessary to provide the service. • The contractor must provide a daily log documenting the streets serviced, the number of catch basins and manholes inspected, and the total footage of pipe cleaned or televised.
