Description
The United States Department of Defense is seeking a contractor to provide 1355-01-580-4509 CWQC Flex Hose and Leader Assembly (Improved) with encapsulated lead tape. The contract is a 5-year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 2,165 EA and a maximum quantity of 4,590 EA. The contractor will be required to submit various reports, including a test procedure, test/inspection report, failure analysis/corrective action report, and contractor's progress, status, and management report.
• The contract requires the contractor to provide technical data packages, technical manuals, and other data items as specified in the contract.
• The contractor must ensure that all data items are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements, including format, frequency, and quality.
• The contractor will be required to perform additional work to conform to Government requirements, including preparing and assembling data items, reproducing and delivering data items, and administering and controlling the data items.
• The contract includes a provision for the Government to approve the contractor's data items and to require changes or corrections as necessary.
