Description
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the procurement of shipper kits for the DLA Distribution San Joaquin (DDJC) base. The requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order, and the Government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ. The contract will be awarded to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 322211. The contractor must provide shipper kits that meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation, and the kits must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets in accordance with the specified requirements.
• The contractor must provide a total of 3275 shipper kits, consisting of four different types of kits.
• The kits must meet the specified requirements for size, material, and testing.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quote.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment with their quote.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.219-1 Small Business Program Representations with their quote.
