Telecommunications Site Tower Modifications

The County of Chenango is in the process of upgrading the County's public safety radio system. A structural analysis on the Pharsalia Tower and Coventry Tower identified deficiencies that render the structures non-compliant with applicable load conditions. Chenango County's intention is to add additional public safety equipment to support the new microwave and radio system. The contractor will be responsible to bring the Pharsalia Tower and Coventry Tower into compliance with the applicable codes and standards based on the attached designs. The Contractor agrees that substantial completion will be achieved on or before seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The final completion sahll be achieved on or before fifteen (15 calendar days after substantial completion.
