Procurement of APX N70 Radios and Equipment

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide Motorola APX N70 portable radios, accessories, and associated services for the STA Glynco location. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, configuring, and delivering the radios, as well as providing programming services, accessories, and warranty coverage. The scope of work includes supplying new APX N70 radios, programming them to align with the existing radio system infrastructure, and installing and configuring accessories. The contractor must also ensure that the radios meet Bureau security, safety, and performance standards. • The contractor must coordinate with Bureau communications staff to obtain programming templates and system keys. • The contractor must deliver fully programmed, operational APX N70 radios to STA Glynco. • The contractor must provide documentation of equipment serial numbers, firmware versions, and feature sets. • The contractor must train Bureau staff in the use of new features and accessories, as necessary. • The contractor must ensure compliance with all federal acquisition and security requirements.
