Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a new IDIQ, sole source, firm-fixed price contract for the Fayetteville Coastal Healthcare Center with Roche Diagnostics for Roche Liat Consumables. The contract includes COVID-19, COVID/Flu A&B/RSV, Strep A, and CT/NG/MG test kits and controls. The Liat consumables are specially designed and manufactured to only be used with Roche’s instruments and equipment and are the only available test kits available for use on the Cobas Liat System.
• The contract is for a brand-name only requirement for Fayetteville Coastal Healthcare System.
• Roche is the original equipment manufacturer of the Roche Liat Consumables and the sole provider for the required test kits and controls.
• The contract has an effective date of 07 May 2026.
