Mezzanine Addition/Streets Office Improvements

The City of Bremerton is seeking bids for the Mezzanine Addition and Streets Office Improvements project. The project includes interior space improvements, crew office and break room, rated deck mezzanine for added storage, interior and exterior door and window installations, HVAC mechanical, electrical and lighting improvements, communication/data installations, demo of existing garage doors as required, and other related work. The project must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Total Bid. • The Bidder must acquire and/or possess a current City of Bremerton Business License and any other licenses and permits which may be required to fulfill the obligations of the Contract. • The Bidder must comply with Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Kitsap County. • A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 23rd, 2025 at 10:00am.
