Description
The Macon-Bibb County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for a Roadside and Sidewalk Spraying project. The project involves spraying roadsides and sidewalks in Macon-Bibb County, Georgia. The bids will be received until August 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The deadline for submission of questions is July 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.
• The project requires the bidder to provide a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the bid.
• The bidder must submit one original and one flash drive containing the bid documents.
• Minority, Women Owned, and other Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
• The bidder must use M/W/DBE subcontractors where possible.
