• Remove and properly dispose of two existing pergolas, including all rotted beams, joists, ties, and brackets. • Supply new 2” × 10” × 24’ double beams, 42 decorative joists, hurricane ties, brackets, and related hardware. • Install new beams on existing fiberglass columns, pressure‑wash, prime, and paint the structure. • Perform work within 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Mon‑Fri; provide barricades and keep the remainder of the park open. • Submit a single lump‑sum quote (including all costs) by July 2 2026 3 p.m.; include required insurance certificates, references, non‑collusion certification, and signed addendum.
