Description
The U.S. Army seeks engineering and installation support for Local Area Network (LAN) and Deployable LAN (DLAN) services at its Network Enterprise Center (NEC) across Army installations in the Pacific region. Contractors must provide personnel and management to perform engineering design, cable plant installation, telecom‑room remediation, fiber/copper installation and repair, and secure NIPRNET/SIPRNET cabling. Work includes comprehensive site surveys, requirements analysis, compliance with DISA STIGs, production of Engineering Installation Plans, Bill of Materials, updated topology diagrams, and draft System Security Plans, with required Government reviews at IDR and FDR stages. This is a Sources Sought notice; interested parties should submit a capabilities statement, CAGE code, and Small Business status.
• Engineering design, network planning, and secure architecture for NIPR/SIPR networks.
• Installation of fiber/copper cable plant, telecom room remediation, and LAN/DLAN infrastructure.
• Deliverables: EIPs, BOM, topology diagrams, draft SSPs, with formal approvals before physical work begins.
