Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the provision of Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Aluminum Bands. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the materials to Cumberland County Maintenance, 549 Transportation Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28302, within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. The vendor must also complete and return the required attachments, including the Pricing Form, HUB Supplemental Vendor Information form, and Location of Workers Utilized by Vendor form.
• The materials must meet or exceed the listed specifications, including compliance with the 2024 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty within five consecutive calendar days after request from the agency.
• The vendor must not ship any products until they have received an order and must attach to the shipment of material in a waterproof envelope, shipping memorandum giving name of shipper, NCDOT, purchase order number, routing, and destination.
• The vendor must contact Cumberland County Maintenance at (910)-364-0602 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm time of delivery.
